Position: Technical Support & Training Supervisor.
How long have you been with Minnovare?: 1 year.
What is your role at Minnovare?: To provide world-class technical support and training to all clients. This includes internal and external training delivery and development, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s) creation and amendment, troubleshooting and supervision of all operational requirements within the Technical Support Department.
Talk us through your typical day:
I start off the day with a morning meeting to ensure all team members have been allocated their tasks for the day and discuss any issues that have arisen. I then spend the day planning and preparing for my next site visit for training or implementation. I then check for any support requests and action as necessary. My spare time is spent improving current processes and procedures to ensure Minnovare maintains high quality standards. I spend up to 70% of my work time on site delivering training, carrying out installations or attending troubleshooting call-outs.
What’s your proudest achievement at Minnovare?: Being part of the Production Optimiser system rollout, installing it here in Australia and overseas.
Where were you born and raised?: Sydney, Australia.
What are your hobbies?: Golf, fitness, soccer, movies, ten pin bowling.
