Position: Technical Support & Training officer
How long have you been with Minnovare?: 1 year and 3 months
What is your role at Minnovare?: My role at Minnovare primarily is to deliver product training with all site-based personnel as well as provide world class technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Talk us through your typical day: You’ll find me at the airport nice and early. I spend a lot of hours travelling to provide training to our clients and their staff. I’m often on site for a few days doing theory and practical demonstrations.
When in the office I try and help out where I can by providing feedback on how our tools are used in the field, I also provide assistance to the workshop team with testing, building and diagnosing equipment.
What’s your proudest achievement at Minnovare?: I think my proudest achievement thus far would be that I’ve contributed to the overall growth of Minnovare through my ongoing training and support to those out in the field. I genuinely love getting out to site to meet new people and it is exciting to see the product in the hands of people that are using them for the first time.
Where were you born and raised?: Born and raised in The Shire, South Sydney.
What are your hobbies?: Going to the gym, drumming, guitar, music production, mountain biking. All the fun things.
Favourite place in the world?: It could be anywhere as long as my partner Ash and my daughter Elva are by my side.
