Position: Personal Assistant – Administration
How long have you been with Minnovare?: 18 months
What is your role at Minnovare?: My role is to assist the Managing Director, Callum, with his day-to-day tasks and to provide office and administrative support for the wider team.
Talk us through your typical day: My role is quite varied with a mix of different tasks throughout the day. I always start the day by making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy for the rest of the team; for the rest of the day I’m either meeting and greeting external stakeholders, organising freight, assisting in systems and process improvements, organising business travel for Callum or the team, assisting Callum with his emails and scheduling of meetings or any other tasks, organising team social events, grocery shopping to top up staff amenities, preparing for meetings, performing health and safety inspections, or engaging in small projects assigned by Callum.
What’s your proudest achievement at Minnovare?: Implementing more robust processes necessary to support the rapid expansion of the business. It’s great knowing my contribution has supported the successful growth of Minnovare.
Where were you born and raised?: I was born in Sydney and moved over to Perth when I was around 7.
What are your hobbies?: Surfing, hiking, bubble tea, going for a cruise on my motorcycle, Reiki, reading, and yoga.
Favourite place in the world?: Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world.
